Every October I get totally sick. Like hyperactive flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, sinus infection where I want to rip my eyes out sick. This happens literally every October that I've been back in New England. SO, this year, I'm taking every precaution and even spending my right leg and left ear (the good one) on all homeopathic treatments available. Ridiculously expensive raw honey and vitamins are keeping me well so far... But here's hoping I don't end up like this Kitteh.

Yoga is always fun but maybe I'll try something new.

Bette Midler, zombies, un-dead black cat, all the parents in a town possessed and a virgin lighting a candle. It truly has stood the test of time.
Also, it's that time of year where the days are shorter...
